Nearly two out of three children affected by systemic poverty cannot read at grade level. In the US, 43% of adults with the lowest levels of literacy live in poverty. WOCPSN's literacy program is a present-day focus. This year, our are global program will be held at Harrietts Bookshop, Phila, PA.
